I was against the clock with my new business and needed the whole shop front replacing asap and after calling 6 different companies who all took a long time to answer or reply and when they did they asked me to send an email with measurements which I did promptly and only 3 out of 6 got back to me which was extremely poor!!! but not UK shop fronts by the time I made the call they came out measured up the same day and gave me a date the following week they would complete the work. They completed the work to a high standard one week following the phone call when other companies had not even come out to measure up and where only just emailing back quotes!!!
